Bart Lovett
Project Lead

Bart Lovett is the Project Lead at Assure911, as well as a Partner with OnPoint L.L.C. Throughout his career, he has advocated for clients in the world of telecommunications, specifically pertaining to technical and regulatory issues. He has taught Business Management and Marketing as an adjunct professor at collages in the St. Louis area for over 15 years.

As the Information Systems Project Manager on major projects such as Equal Access, and later to key roles interfacing with AT&T, MCI, Sprint, the Department of Justice, Bart delivered software solutions and consultation with business leaders. He has worked with startup CLECs and Public Safety Agencies to solve communications issues, ultimately saving lives. Bart served as the Project Manager for the Counties of Southern Illinois (CSI) and for the Northern Illinois Next Generation Alliance (NINGA) Next Generation 9-1-1 projects. In his spare time, Bart enjoys fly fishing and spending time with his growing cohort of grandchildren.

Education: Bart is a graduate of the University of Kansas and has a MBA from Washington University in St. Louis.
